
Thursday’s I have a class that’s requires me to climb five flight of stairs. I call it my everest.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN.
I’ve learned the key to walking up stairs without getting winded is to actually breath more. Works like a charm for me.
Don’t run cross-country, but I die at work running up the stairs.
